Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd has announced that they will cut fuel supplement charges for Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Cruises on all bookings made after 10th November 2008.
They have chosen to cut fuel charges to coincide with the recent reductions in global fuel prices. The price cuts apply to cruises anywhere in the world on sailings that depart after 1st January 2010.
Guidelines have been established to determine whether fuel supplement refunds will be provided for sailings that begin in 2009 and later and were booked prior to 10th November 2008.
Royal Caribbean will closely monitor the changes in global fuel prices and therefore may have to reinstate a fuel supplement charge.
