At Cruisegle I am now looking for a new cruise sponsor who can offer cheap cruises to you the website visitor. We have now parted company with Planet Cruise, hence and I am sorry for it, the AdWords on the website. I am an individual and currently this is my only source of income, so needs must as they say.
So what is this website worth? Well approximately 200 UK searchers come onto the site each day using Google and terms associated with dates along with one or more from cruise line names, cruise ship names or Southampton. Some 60 to 100 of these used to use the search box that was supplied by Planet Cruise. Yesterday was the first day of using AdWords and that netted £30 for me, so would have cost the cruise agents about £60-£70 in costs. Yet by using a search box on this site they could offer you what you are after and benefitted from me soaking up the bounce rate and giving them real leads. With January coming and the probability that the website visitors will double I hope one cruise agent sees the benefit and advertises on here.
So it is back to the drawing board for me and a new quest of finding a new cruise sponsor.
