Navigator of the Seas

The magnificent Navigator of the Seas joined the Royal Caribbean fleet in 2002 and at the time was the largest cruise ship in the world. She was the third of the Voyager class of ship; however Navigator of the Seas was built slightly heavier at 138,279 tons than Voyager of the Seas and Explorer of the Seas. Too many she is the first of the second wave of the Voyager class of ship; subsequently Navigator of the Seas was followed by Adventure of the Seas and Mariner of the Seas.

One of the most popular Voyager Class ships, Navigator of the Seas offers Caribbean Cruises in the winter followed by med cruises in the summer. In 2009 Navigator will be cruising from both Barcelona and Civitavecchia (the port for Rome) offering two different seven night cruises.

Navigator of the Seas link with Europe does not stop at her summer home porting; her Godmother (the person who officially christens her) is the German Tennis player Steffi Graf.
