Best time for Caribbean Cruises Logo

Best time for Caribbean Cruises

Well I guess anytime would be the best time for Caribbean Cruises if Hurricanes don’t bother you that is? Traditionally the Hurricane season is from June 1st till the end of November, this does not mean it can’t happen out of season, it is just most likely to happen then. August and September are historically the busiest times of the year for Hurricanes in the Caribbean.

Caribbean Cruises are very popular especially around Christmas time, however to get the best cabins you need to book early so if you are looking for a Caribbean cruise in 2010, do it now!

Though the best time for a Caribbean Cruise is outside the summer months, if it just has to be a summer cruise to the Caribbean; then try one in the southern Caribbean such as Barbados as it is less likely though still possible to get a Hurricane there.

P&O Caribbean Cruises Logo

P&O Caribbean Cruises

P&O Caribbean Cruises are some of the most anticipated in the world of cruising. For cruises in 2009, P&O Cruises will have three ships based in the Caribbean for most of the winter; these are P&O Artemis, P&O Oceana and P&O Ventura.

P&O Oriana on the other hand has two really great cruises; these are cruising to the Caribbean from Southampton followed by a return cruise back to Southampton. So if you fancy spending 35 nights on a cruise ship, cruising in both the Caribbean and the Panama Canal, then this cruise will be your heaven. However as with all the P&O Caribbean Cruises they do sell quickly.
