Norwegian Cruise Line has announced that Norwegian Dawns next cruise, due out today; Sunday, has been cancelled due to the cruise ship losing power on its way back to Miami on its last voyage. The power failure happened off the coast of Puerto Rico at around 9 a.m. yesterday. Eventually enough power came on line for the Norwegian Dawn to limp into San Juan for repairs.
The Norwegian Dawn is currently offering short cruises out of Miami, Florida, a full list of Norwegian Cruises for 2010 will appear shortly.

The Oasis of the Seas has finally arrived in her new home port of Fort Everglades to start her initial season of cruises. Many of Oasis of the Seas cruises in 2010 have already been sold and don’t expect to get any cheap cruises on her just yet.
Oasis of the Seas is so popular, Royal Caribbean have been able to keep her prices higher than you would normally expect for one of their cruises, however just think what you are getting for your money, a life changing experience or maybe just a unique experience.

In order to help searching for cruises in 2010, I have been messing around with a few pages and have now included some extra pages for P&O Cruises, these are in particular for P&O Cruises in 2010. All the P&O Cruises will be on the site in about 2 weeks time and then you will see the effects of my work!

Norwegian Majesty is set to return to Louis Cruise Line as Louis Majesty after being chartered by the Norwegian Cruise Line.
Life for this ship started as Royal Majesty before joining NCL when the Majesty Cruise Line went bust. The ownership of Norwegian Majesty was then transferred to the then parent company of Norwegian Cruise Line, Star Cruises. The ship was sold by Star Cruises to Louis Cruise Line. However she was immediately charted back to NCL with the charter ending in December 2009.
On December 4th, Louis Cruises will be offering cheap cruises on Louise Majesty in the Mediterranean following the end of a charter to Norwegian Cruise Line. The cruises will operate from Genoa and Marseilles to the Mediterranean, Canary Islands and North Africa.

After visiting the World Travel Market show in London this week I have decided to add a few new sections to this cruise website, one of these will focus on Galapagos Cruises. This will not just the usual Celebrity Xpedition cruises it will include all those little niche cruises on motor yachts such as Enchanted Expeditions a small company offering Galapagos Cruises of up to 8 days.
These smaller Galapagos Cruises on motor yachts are not them same as those on Celebrity Xpedition, so please don’t think you will be wined and dined to your hearts content, however to those who see themselves as real Sea Dogs they offer a unique experience. More on Galapagos Cruises will follow over the next few weeks.

Costa Cruises has announced that Costa Deliziosa, the 92,700 ton sister ship to Costa Luminosa will be christened as Costa Cruises like to call it in Dubai on the 23rd February 2010.
This will be the first ever naming of a cruise ship in an Arabic country and reinforces Costa Cruises commitment to the region which started a couple of years ago when Costa Classica first set sail on week long cruises out of Dubai.
Cruises on Costa Deliziosa in 2010 are being displayed on our cruises 2010 section where we have a selection of 2010 Costa Cruises and many other cheap cruises.

Costa Cruises has annonced the names of their two new cruise ships due in servvice in 2011 and 2012; Costa Favolosa & Costa Fascinosa.
The names Costa Favolosa & Costa Fascinosa, the 16th and 17th cruise ships in the Costa Cruises fleet were chosen from a list of 16,000 names generated by some 40,000 travel agents. Both ships will be able to hold 3,000 guests and will be 114,000 tons in weight.
Our Cruises in 2011 part of the website will be updated with Costa Favolosa & Costa Fascinosa cruises once they are released. In the meant time other cheap cruises on Costa can be sorced via our search box or by calling 0208 144 6200.

Sunday was a new first for Cruisegle as we went over 300 visitors in a day for the first time. To many this will seem a small amount, however most of the visitors were to our cruises 2010 section which means most of them found the site while searching for a particular cruise. This is great news as that is the way I have tried to set the site up.
I have made changes to the Cruise Deals pages earlier today, all the cruises on here are supplied by Planet Cruise. I have also added a comment to each post to state that any contract is with Planet Cruise and not Cruisegle even though the cruise may be bought via a link from this website and we go by the term cheap cruises.
I would just like to thank everyone who comes to the site and please except my apologies about the time it is taking to complete; I am an individual and I do need to make a living.
